And there you have it. Fanart for Amnesia: The Dark Descent. It's quite different from my usual fair, and I have to say I greatly enjoyed this. I wanted to illustrate one of the more devious gameplay mechanics: you must avoid looking at the monsters trying to eat you. If you stare at them for too long, poor Daniel's sanity will start to slip and you will be discovered. As a result, I probably didn't get a good look at one of those zombie things until about six hours into the game -- you know, just before it killed me. O_O It's way creepier listening to those things shuffle around groaning than it is staring them down and blasting 'em with a big gun or plasma cutter.

I have not finished this game! Please no spoilers!! (My progress is slow. I'm a scaredy cat...)
